Montréal, June 18, 2026 – Cartier et Lelarge is pleased to announce that it has acquired the translation division of Transmed, a transcription company based in New Brunswick. The client base was transferred on June 1, 2026.
This acquisition strengthens Cartier et Lelarge’s position in the Canadian linguistic services market and accelerates its diversification across sectors and geographies.

This transaction marks the second clientele acquisition for Cartier et Lelarge in the past six months, following the acquisition of Stevenson earlier this year.
