Congratulations to Anouk and Ève, Our Newly Certified Translators!

Anouk is a graduate of Université de Montréal who became a translator after a 14-year career at Xerox, where she held various positions. Her decision to go into translation first “clicked” during a conversation with a colleague who was studying the subject. Ready to challenge herself intellectually, Anouk threw herself into this new pursuit while also working full time and raising a family. In 2019, she met Cartier et Lelarge President Antoine Raimbert at the OTTIAQ event Mentorat Express. This led to her completing two consecutive internships with us before accepting a permanent position. Anouk is thorough and versatile in her work and is continuing to develop her skills in finance, an area that fascinates her. Anouk is a proud mother of three and loves cooking, reading and travelling.

Ève is a graduate of Concordia University. As part of her bachelor’s degree in translation, she joined Cartier et Lelarge for an internship before eventually accepting a permanent position here. She brings her meticulous work and strong sense of initiative to the Financial team. In her role, she has continued to grow and nurture a keen interest in law. She will begin a Graduate Diploma in Legal Translation at McGill University this fall. Knowing that translation can be a demanding profession, Ève enjoys helping the team unwind by getting involved in organizing fun events. She is an avid reader, cook and basketball player, having played competitively in high school. Last but not least, Ève has an undying love for the Montreal Canadiens.
